well, it started out as a crappy day, looked crappy outside, the sky was grey, the rain was pouring, i thought i saw snow.. yes snow! as i drove to work, the coulds were looming about and just as i got into the regular grind, wouldn't you know it..i went and drove my vehicle up a freaking curb nearly busting the 2 front wheels off..hahaha..what else could happen? wait for it...i waited around for at least 2 hours cleaning my truck out but all my major appointments cancelled. that was a first it never happened before but ah, there's a first for everything and to top it all off she was gonna be late for her exam because of an accident on the bridge.. well last night i prayed for things to look up since i was feeling under the weather lately and all today it seemed like it nothing worked at all. but just when you'd figure this day was a write off..i started driving home and as i called in to the office sign off for the day, the clouds somewhat parted for a second it seemed and i could see the sunlight, even for a brief moment, and coincidentaly they offered me an easy installation right on my way home, i thought 'hmph, this day is salvageable'.. i got that job done,my new tool box was shiny, my truck was cleaner (no broken wheels), plans for a nice dinner made, the traffic accident cleared up enough so she got to her exam just on time(also, the exam ended up being somewhat easier than expected), we had a good dinner, she had some good raspberry cheesecake, we watched a good action flick about some spidey dude vs dr octogon or something not so important, what was more relevant was that we sat around and talked and reminded ourselves about our beginnings and how sweet it is, and i wouldnt have it any other way, my dang shyness, ahhh ... i never did lose faith and things ended up today just amazing! spiderman couldn't of saved the day any better. she could tho.
