whaddya know.. its snow

well last night we saw some snow sticking to the ground for the first time this year.. it was in langley for that matter and there were red and green christmas lights glowing on the trees which lined street of their 'downtown' area proclaiming the coming propaganda of the coming holiday consumer season... don't get me wrong, i like christmas and all, but i guess the consumerism and commericalism reduces the holidays to just that .. if u let it that is.. i like the lights.. i guess its human nature to be attracted to something shiny or something well lit or something along that line.... well, i usually don't have a habit of getting lost and loosing my bearing when driving but perhaps i was caught in a daze, lost in an unfamilar town, lost in a familar gaze of my co-pilot, she had managed to navigate me though the foggyness and darkness, away from my straying path and back to where we had started more than a few minutes ago, anyhow without going into it all - it was comfortable being lost because i know i had direction, someone there to help me in my path.. anyhow we found our way..the night was good, movie not so good (but still funny), the morning was better, the weather was not so hot, the afternoon was better still.. and what do u know. more snow. well, next week it's nameless puppydog time. im outta here for now..
