stranger than fishhhhtion?

this sunday was pretty darn good i must admit.. even though i had to work and even though it rained and even though i had to work in the rain and even though i missed the message today (i'm not alone in that one.. wait.. crazy *hmph.. is okay or something to taht effect..) and even though some things didnt go exactly as we'd thought it might have i think overall i like fish ..wtf ..that doesnt even make sense.. anyhoo here's the background... the rain falls and i drive home and work is done fore the day.. late for church and stuff so i get going ..to the westside to catch the last bit.. but i'm late and too late in fact.. but not too late to partake in some lunch or dinner or such with my favorite girl .. so we drive drippingly through the rain to find a spot for a bite.. no fast food or the gourmet of mickeydees today.. something different something random as usual, (wait is that an oxymoron..well who knows i seem to contradict myself at times...) we drive around the westside looking for that spot .. a random spot .. we must have circled for a good while.. and at last a parking spot opened up and we get out .. i grab the umbrella and hit the button to shelter us from the rain.. we walked shiveringly through the dampness, arm in arm and tucked in each others jackets to keep from the cold. we must have walked 2 city blocks forward and two city blocks back without sight of a restaurant, a restaurant that was open at least..any thing? ha. well there were many shops with window displays of mannequins with trendy clothes but no restaurants yet... we headed back to the where direction of the car was parked and if we only looked behind us.. there were 3 restaurants to our six o'clock of where the car was parked... so we saw a sign. a fish sign in fact.... so we went in.. a family of 3 sat next to the window.. we chose the booth and sat side by side like two peas...there weren't anyone else in the place except an english man with wire rimmed glasses and a rather large man in a chefs outfit filling up the chair next to the englishman.. but here they served seafood.. fish in fact.. good fish yes.. it was good. upon choosing the seafood platter we were greeted by a cheery and helpful waitress who took our order and complemented her choice of the blackened sockeye salmon .. i happily added some scallops too! hehe.. anyhoo the food was scrumptious and this was seconded by the englishman who happened to walk by and ask us how the food in a damn good accent..hehe.. it was great but the company was even better.. she looked pretty in pink.. a pink baseball cap to be exact, some sweats with spots of raindrops and a hoodie over her motorcycle shirt... even though she was somewhat self consicous about her hair today, it was without reason i thought, but her hair could be silk since she looked damn fine to me ..in a cap or not it didnt even matter and in fact it was cute to see her in her hat an all .. i think the little boy, maybe a 2 year old? in the striped shirt, sitting at the table with his mom and pops, even caught her gaze and smile and acknowledged it with a playful wave.. seeing the innocence of taht beautiful smile..*sigh*. dinner was done and our day trek to end soon.. i think, anyhow.. go watch stranger than fiction... its better than i thought and the only thing left to say is .. write about your life the good times and bad and reflect on what it is and what it can become.. dont let others write your own story for you, before it even happens, we dicate our own... blahhhhhhhhhhh... lol.

the end ... ?
